AMDA 2018

AMDA will be held Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at the Baldoon Golf Course in Wallaceburg. Doors open at 4:30 pm, dinner at 5:00 pm and the meeting will commence at 6:30 pm.

As per our Bylaws and Constitution the duties of a Delegate to the AMDA include:

■ amend the Constitution, Bylaws and Policies;
■ approve the budget;
■ appoint an accountant to review the District’s financial records;
■ elect the District Executive;
■ receive and act upon reports and communications from the Officers of the District and Committees;
■ levy fees in a manner prescribed through the Collective Agreement, or in any manner prescribed by the AMDA;
■ follow District procedures in all matters affecting Members.

Prior to the meeting portion of the evening, we will be honouring our Student Achievement Awards in Honour of Marion Drysdale winners.
