At a minimum, the Mover should be present and prepared to speak to the motion and open debate at the next Council Meeting. Confirmation that the motion is on the agenda will be provided prior to the meeting.

• Name of the person moving the motion.
• Name of the person seconding the motion.
• The motion.

For example:

Seconded: Person B
Be it resolved the OSSTF District 10 open the blinds on sunny days.
